- How long does it take me to go to sleep at night? THIS is usually a perfect gauge (or test) of if (or how) worried I am… about ANYTHING.

This is MORE IMPORTANT than you could possibly imagine… Yahweh directed me to write and focus much on this in the book, KEEPING THE FAITH through the UN-thinkable… WORDS CREATE!

- Do I stop or pause and look into my heart, CHECKING my motives for PURITY and COMPLETE OBEDIENCE to Yahweh? Making sure my thoughts, words and actions are NOT selfish nor sinful, but ONLY FROM YAHWEH!? (1 Thessalonians 5:21, John 16:13-15 and 14:31)
- Do I submit, TRULY SUBMIT to Yahweh LEADING my life? Do I say as Yeshua, “Not my will, but YOURS be done?” If so… do I really mean it? (Luke 22:40-44, Matthew 22:37-38, Proverbs 19:21 and Ephesians 2:10)
- Do I ever say, “Well, anything BUT THAT Father. I will do ANYTHING for You… as long as __________.” To explain a bit more, when I was fifteen, I recall crying out to Yahweh and in tears saying, “Use me Father! Use me for YOUR WILL!” (Well, in my mind I meant for Yahweh to use me to have only easy and encouraging conversations with people, while I live in a NICE house, with a yard and a picket fence and green grass, a loving and faithful husband, and obedient children!) (Philippians 4:11-13 and Job 1:21)
- AM I REALLY and TRULY ALL HIS? Is He TRULY the “LORD of my life!”????? Not only in my words, BUT in my actions.
I feel as I am examining myself, in a small, quiet room all alone with me and the Father… and you all are listening in the room!
Now, all of these exact questions that I ask myself may not pertain to you, depending on YOUR specific calling… but many of them pertain to all humans! Amen.
What are “other elohim”?
26 See! I am setting before you today blessing and malediction: 27 the blessing if you should hearken to the instructions of Yahweh your Elohim that I am enjoining on you today, 28 and the malediction if you should not hearken to the instructions of Yahweh your Elohim, and you withdraw from the way that I am enjoining on you today, by going after other elohim whom you have not known.
Let us look at and learn what is included and what it means when Yahweh says, “by going after other elohim…” For most of my life, I thought “other elohim” meant only idols like Baal and Ashtaroth, (from the Old Testament stories of heathens); or Greek gods; or totem-poles; or Buddha; etc. Well, today, I now KNOW that “other elohim” includes SO MUCH more than just visual, tangible items. My past mentor would wisely state:
- Who gets your time?
- Who gets your money?
- Who or what do you talk about?
Bow… that is your “god!”
Let us look at and learn what is included and what it means when Yahweh says, “by going after other elohim…”
What do you SPEAK about?
6 These words which I am instructing you today will come to be in your heart. 7 You will repeat them to your sons, and you will speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk on the road, when you lie down and when you arise. 8 You will tie them for a sign on your hand, and they will come to be for the brow bands between your eyes; 9 you will write them on the jambs of your house and on your gates.
What do you speak about? From my own life? Here is a list of things that I USED to speak about, showing WHAT was IMPORTANT to me… worldly and pointless things, including:
- Television shows and movies (years ago, when I used to watch them) (Psalm 101:3a)
- Weather (which, by the way, most often people COMPLAIN about it, not rejoice and Praise Yahweh for it!) (Psalm 39:1 and Colossians 3:15)
- Sports teams and pointless games which have NOTHING TO DO WITH becoming closer to Yeshua! Nothing. (1 Timothy 6:20)
- Gossip. Judging what others did… or what they were wearing… or the hairstyle they chose… or what others said… etc. (Proverbs 20:19 and
Matthew 7:1-6) - Bragging about ____________ (anything), which was me taking credit for my own achievements; instead of giving ALL GLORY TO YAHWEH! (Daniel 4 and Proverbs 27:1-2)
- Did you notice… in Deuteronomy 28:27 that it says, “Inasmuch as you would not serve Yahweh your Elohim with rejoicing and with goodness of heart over the abundance of everything,” then it goes into describing even more curses. This means that IF or WHEN anyone is living in abundance and rejoicing, and they do NOT give ALL GLORY TO YAHWEH, and they brag or take any credit for themselves… THEN curses will come upon them.
- Thank You Father for being SO clear, for describing Your ways. We remain HUMBLE and GRATEFUL to YOU for ALL THINGS! PRAISE YOU FATHER! Amen.
- Flirting. Enticing others. Seeking attention.
(Proverbs 6:12-13, 1 Thess. 2:5-6 and 4:11) - Complaining about people. (People, by the way, whom I ALLOWED in my life! People whom I did NOT STAND UP TO IN PERSON to tell them to stop doing something, etc.) (Philippians 2:14 and
1 Thess. 5:16-18) - Do I (or did I) speak about human definitions and words spoken by doctors of sickness and disease diagnosis? OR do I FAITHFULLY disregard ALL words spoken by unbelievers, and focus ON YAHWEH and HIS HEALING POWER ALONE!?! (Mark 5:36 and 5:25-29 and 10:27, etc.)
- Remember: YAHWEH SAYS HE WILL HEAL YOU!

Now, have you ever looked CLOSELY into what the Scriptures say regarding WHAT to talk about? Let us do it here and now! Amen! (Well, some of these Scriptures include what NOT to talk about… so do the OPPOSITE of them, and you get what is WELL-PLEASING to Yahweh for us TO talk about! Amen.)
3 I shall not set a worthless matter in front of my eyes;
20 O Timothy, that which is committed to you, guard, turning aside from the profane prattlings and antipathies of falsely named “knowledge,” 21 which some are professing. As to the faith, they swerve. Grace be with you! Amen!
11 And be not joint participants in the unfruitful acts of darkness, yet rather be exposing them also, 12 for it is a shame even to speak of the hidden things occurring, done by them.

What do you spend your MONEY on?
5 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
And do not lean to your own understanding.
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He Himself shall straighten your paths.
7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
Fear Yahweh, and withdraw from evil;
8 It shall mean health to your flesh
And refreshing drink to your bones.
9 Glorify Yahweh with your wealth
And with the firstfruit of all your income;
10 Then your granaries shall be filled with plenty,
And grape juice shall breach your winevats.
Next question… What do you spend your money on? Does YAHWEH get the FIRST consideration of your money? Does He get ANY of your money? Now, I was raised to tithe to church, 10%. Today, I do not go to a building called “a church.” UNLESS healing miracles occur there, and regularly (read Mark 16:17-18 and John 14:12-13); and UNLESS speaking in tongues is taught, normal and expected (read
Acts 19:1-6, Acts 2:1-6, and
1 Corinthians 2:12-16); and UNLESS the five-fold ministry is preached, followed and in place (or being set up)… (read Ephesians 4:11-14 and
1 Corinthians 12:27-31), then a building or even a called-out group of people is NOT an ecclesia where Yahweh is TRULY INVITED AND CONSISTENTLY PRESENT! HE is the ONLY One that matters. EL SHADDAI! HIS PRESENCE! Amen.
Now, keeping the point here to “Where do you spend your money?” Paul teaches us and directs in the New Testament:
12 Now we are asking you, brethren, to perceive those who are toiling among you and presiding over you in the Lord and admonishing you, 13 and to deem them exceedingly distinguished in love, because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves.
6 Now let him who is being instructed in the word be contributing to him who is instructing, in all good things. 7 Be not deceived, God is not to be sneered at, for whatsoever a man may be sowing, this shall he be reaping also,
9 For in the law of Moses it is written: “You shall not muzzle the threshing ox.” Not for oxen is the care of God! 10 Or is He undoubtedly saying it because of us? Because of us, for it was written that the plower ought to be plowing in expectation, and the thresher to partake of his expectation. 11 If, in expectation, we sow the spiritual in you, is it a great thing if we shall reap of your fleshly things?
Who feeds you spiritually? Do they READ the Word of Yahweh in their teachings and preachings? Does their own LIFE match their teachings and preachings? (Though, remembering that they are human, and that ALL sin, read Romans 3:23.)
- If yes… support them financially!

Yahweh has placed it on my heart to record a whole study on this subject… in His timing! Praise His Holy Name! Amen!) - If no… ask Yahweh to direct you to someone who does DO as they teach, or JUST READ THE WORD OF YAHWEH yourself, and DO it, nothing else! Amen.
Now, notice that as I shared about the account of Yahweh speaking to me… the church I was attending at the time was the MOST RADICAL place I had personally seen so far in my life! Well, THAT fact did NOT make it in agreement with Yahweh! JUST because I followed my own mind, and my own leadings… did NOT mean that it was in alignment with Yahweh and with TRUTH! No. This church taught lies, many. Just because their song worship during the service was ALIVE and FANTIASTIC, did not make it or them holy and pure in Yahweh’s eyes. No. Was the church Biblically true? Were miraculous healings occurring and TRUTH being taught that Yahweh heals miraculously TODAY? No. Did they speak in tongues and expect this today, since Yahweh does not change and is THE SAME yesterday, today and for the eons? No. (Read Malachi 3:6a, Hebrews 13:8 and 2 Timothy 2:13)
Sharing from my own life, today, when Yahweh blesses me financially, I give to and support Concordant Publishing, because I read the Concordant Literal translations of the Bible! Currently, the most correct translations of the Bible in the world! Amen! I have also given to Roberts Liardon, because his books, God’s Generals and JOHN G. LAKE ON HEALING (compiled by Roberts Liardon), have SPIRITUALLY FED ME so very much. As I have shared previously, Yahweh DIRECTED ME to study God’s Generals, especially and mainly the healing evangelists (as they are called). Now, I personally do not know all about Roberts Liardons’ beliefs… but I DO KNOW that these specific books that I just mentioned HAVE HELPED CATAPOLT ME SPIRITUALLY into the realm of the miraculous… TODAY! OUT of lies… and INTO TRUTH! His dedicated study and compiled writings of other RADICAL and OBEDIENT children of faith help me greatly! Thus, I give to him financially because I am spiritually fed by his effort and study. Praise Yahweh!
What else do you spend your money on?
- School or college? (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for a piece of paper, a man-made “qualification” for you or I to look good, and to make more money… GREED. Worldly reputation. Etc.)

- Are we self-LESS? Or self-ISH? Do we give to others… or only spend money on ourselves? Remember Yeshua’s instructions to hold a banquet for the poor, for those UNABLE to repay us! Amen.
(Luke 14:12-14) - Pet (or pets)? (Feeding them, clothing them, giving them shelter?) (Genesis 2:20, Philippians 3:2, Exodus 22:31, Matthew 7:6 and 15:26)
- Paying a mortgage or rent on property MUCH LARGER and more expensive THAN NEEDED to live on this earth? (I lived in a motorhome for years… this is how I currently live today. Humble. Simple. Amen.) (Hebrews 13:5 and
Philippians 4:11-12) - Supporting grown children (or a spouse) who are lazy, or not helping support themselves, or choosing to be in trouble with drugs, alcohol, etc.
(2 Thessalonians 3:10-13) - Smoking? Drugs? Alcohol? Sex? Pornography? Gambling? Gluttony?
(1 Corinthians 6:12-13 and 10:31, Ephesians 5:18-21, Matthew 15:19,
Philippians 3:19, Romans 12:1, Ecclesiastes 5:10 and 12:13-14, Psalm 119:9-18 and
Proverbs 2:20)
What do you spend your TIME on?
15 Be observing accurately, then, brethren, how you are walking, not as unwise, but as wise, 16 reclaiming the era, for the days are wicked. 17 Therefore do not become imprudent, but understand what the will of the Lord is. 18 And be not drunk with wine, in which is profligacy, but be filled full with spirit, 19 speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and playing music in your hearts to the Lord, 20 giving thanks always for all things, in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ, 21 to our God and Father, being subject to one another in the fear of Christ.
And finally: What do you spend your time on?
- Watching television, YouTube and Rumble videos, soap-operas, etc. Browsing and commenting on Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube videos…
- Why not READ THE WORD OF YAHWEH! Learn to LIVE IN HIS PRESENCE! Amen! If your goal was/is to BE FAITHFUL until the end, how would you live your life? DEDICATED? RADICAL? SOLD-OUT? Compare yourself to a sold-out, determined and radical Olympic athlete… become a sold-out, determined Yah “athlete.” Place yourself in strict training as to win the prize! What would THAT look like!?! Amen!
(1 Corinthians 9:23-27, Psalm 101:3a) - Reading magazines, newspapers and tabloids, etc.
(1 Corinthians 1:20 and
Luke 12:15) - Playing games on-line, on your phone, in person; physical sports, etc. (Jeremiah 32:19, Proverbs 8:20,
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14,
Psalm 119:9-18) - Going out with friends, (drinking or not), wasting time on basically anything that does not include learning, practicing and living in the presence of Yahweh? (John 3:30,
Ephesians 5:18-21, 2 Peter 3:17 and Proverbs 2:20) - Going shopping, or simply spending/wasting time at the mall.
- Is shopping and spending money your “drug?” Do you get a “rush” when purchasing something? (I ask… because I used to feel this when I bought something new. A new shirt, a new suit, a new tool, a new piece of sporting equipment or a new “toy,” a new game, a new kitchen gadget, a new knickknack, a new purse, etc.) Do you spend more than your income? Do you have credit cards? Or do you pay cash for all that you purchase?
(Proverbs 12:28 and 21:20, Exodus 20:17,
Philippians 4:11) - Hobbies? (Colossians 3:23-24,
1 Corinthians 1:18-25,
Isaiah 26:7 and Psalm 57:2) - Researching human definitions and words spoken by doctors of sickness and disease, or diagnosis? OR do I FAITHFULLY disregard ALL words spoken by unbelievers, and focus ON YAHWEH and HIS HEALING POWER ALONE!?!
(Mark 5:22-24 and 35-43, also Luke 8:43-48) - Remember: YAHWEH SAYS HE WILL HEAL YOU! (Deuteronomy 6:5 and 7:12-16, Exodus 15:26b, Matthew 8:2-4 and 14:14, John 14:10-17,
Mark 16:17-18) - People-watching? (Judging others… what they wear, what they drive, how they walk, how they do their hair, what they say or do, how they treat others?) (Matthew 7:1-5 and
1 Timothy 4:11-16) - Hair and make-up and clothing and shoes? (1 Peter 3:4,
1 Samuel 16:7 and
1 Timothy 2:10) - Serving others? Or serving self? (Not in a religious manner, but led by Yahweh! We do not have to go to Africa to serve the poor. There are those in need in our own neighborhoods!) (Matthew 20:25-28,
John 13:12-17, Proverbs 3:27 and 18:1, Psalm 119:36,
Philippians 2:3-4,
Galatians 2:10 and 5:13-14, Luke 10:29-37) - Pleasing others, (people-pleasing)? Or pleasing ONLY Yahweh? (Matthew 23:25-28, John 12:41-43, Galatians 1:10, Colossians 3:22-24, James 4:4, Romans 12:1-2 and 14:18, Micah 6:8 and 1 Timothy 2:1-4)
Let us read this Scripture ONE more time… for this covers EVERY SIN in the world… or very close to it! This is an ENTIRE book of studies on its own!
3 I shall not set a worthless matter in front of my eyes;
I must quickly say… yes, again:
- Television is ALL WORTHLESS matter!
- “Window” shopping, (coveting and lust), IS ALL WORTHLESS matter!
- Gossiping is ALL WORTHLESS matter!
- Watching or playing sports is ALL WORTHLESS!
- ALL of what the world does… is WORTHLESS!
Yahweh or “other elohim” examples…
Do you see what Yahweh is revealing to us with and through these three different sets of questions? “Who gets your time?” “Who gets your money?” “Who or what do you talk about?” Bow! THAT is your “god!” (Lower-case “g.”)
Let me share with you what He is revealing through our answers, and thus what to do with our answers to these questions, by way of a few examples here…
- IF you spend your money on NEW clothing (that truly is NOT needed, and you are merely adding to your already FULL closet PACKED with clothing), IF this is often what you spend your money on, and you do not give any of your money to help the poor… THEN I can pretty confidently say that, “Clothing is your god.” Meaning, you care MORE about spending money on clothing, than on obeying Yahweh, and giving to the poor.
- IF you watch a lot of television, daily or weekly shows, and Yahweh asks you to (or impresses upon your spirit to) go and help out at a soup kitchen, or go and help an elderly neighbor with their lawn, or pray with your children instead of watching television with your children… and IF you WILL NOT hear and heed Yahweh, and IF you WILL NOT stop watching your television show, then you are placing that television show ABOVE YAHWEH, and THUS the television show is “your god.”
- IF you either love to gossip, or enjoy HEARING others gossip, and you NOW (as of today IF you did not know before) and you NOW know what Yahweh desires you to speak about, IF you continue to gossip, and talk about others who are not in the room or in your hearing, and IF you choose to disobey Yahweh when He clearly directs us to speak about HIS instructions when we wake and when we walk and when we sit, etc… (Deuteronomy 6:6-9) THEN “gossip is your god” and YAHWEH is not truly your ELOHIM.
- IF you follow a worldly sports team, and watch them on television, and read about them in magazines, and buy their shirts or cups or other items for your house… and Yahweh has directed you to NOT place a worthless matter in front of your eyes, yet you continue to do so, then “this sports team is your god” and Yahweh is NOT your ELOHIM.
- IF someone asks you to go out to the mall with them, and you NOW know that Yahweh desires you to STUDY His Word and TALK ABOUT His miracles and His instructions… WHAT you choose to do IS YOUR ELOHIM!
- IF you choose to go to the mall, because you like this person and do not want them to think you are weird or different, or do not want them to be upset with you… then THIS PERSON “is your god.”
- IF you choose to obey Yahweh and remain home and read HIS WORD! AMEN! PRAISE THE LIVING ELOHIM! HE IS TRULY YOUR ELOHIM! Amen.
When we disobey Yahweh, and choose SOMETHING else or SOMEONE else above Him and His instructions, then Yahweh is NOT our Elohim. Further, if or when we disobey Yahweh, we are PURPOSEFULLY choosing to be cursed! Remember, He is SIMPLE! He offers both the blessing and the curse. Clearly. Simply.
I share all of these above examples because in the past I did them. All of them. I humbly fall on my knees before the Father, THANKING HIM for HIS FORGIVENESS and HIS LOVE and HIS FAITHFULNESS to me. HIS PATIENCE with me as I learned His ways, as I pulled DOWN all “other elohim” and TRULY PLACE HIM on HIS THRONE in my life. Amen!
I will caution or warn you here… LISTEN to your thoughts and watch your emotions. Are you finding excuses for yourself and your actions? Obedience and this walk of life and obedience to truth may be NEW and RADICAL to you!
YESHUA WAS RADICAL! Amen!
I follow HIM and HIS EXAMPLE! Amen!
21 Little children, guard yourselves from idols!
What brings blessing? Obedience to Yahweh!
Being humble. (Read Proverbs 22:4) Serving others. (Read when Yeshua washed the feet of His disciples in John 13:1-20; also Matthew 23:11.) Giving freely. (Read Matthew 10:8) Being hospitable. (Read Hebrews 13:2 and Leviticus 19:33-34) Ever increasing in the fruits of the spirit in our lives, they are listed in Galatians 5:22 and Colossians 3:12-15. Am I EVER-INCREASING in the fruits of the spirit?
22 Now the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 meekness, self-control: against such things there is no law.
12 Put on, then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, pitiful compassions, kindness, humility, meekness, patience, 13 bearing with one another and dealing graciously among yourselves, if anyone should be having a complaint against any. According as the Lord also deals graciously with you, thus also you. 14 Now over all these put on love, which is the tie of maturity. 15 And let the peace of Christ be arbitrating in your hearts, for which you were called also in one body; and become thankful.
Here are some of the questions that Yahweh brings to my mind to ask myself, and those whom I help guide along this journey, REMEMBERING that we are to be EVER-INCREASING in these, as it is written:

Do I show and live with ever-increasing compassion toward others? (Not worldly pity, mind you, but compassion… the opposite of judging.)
(2 Corinthians 1:3-5 and Ephesians 4:32) - Do I show ever-increasing kindness toward others? Do I take TIME to be kind, or look only to the things I desire to “get done” in life… while at a grocery store, or on a walk, or driving somewhere, etc. (Galatians 6:10)

Do I ever-increase my own humility? When Yahweh shows me what to share in these live-broadcasts or other teachings here at Heaven’s View Ministry, do I always, each and every time, look AT MY OWN LIFE FIRST? Do I examine myself first?
(Read Matthew 7:1-5)
- My past mentor would teach: “When you get a word for someone, let it search YOUR OWN HEART FIRST! We see in others what is in us.”
- Note: This does NOT mean to not ever call another person out on their sin, no. We do not have to be perfect to obey Yahweh, (or at least point out sin WHEN YAHWEH SAYS TO). It means be HUMBLE and KNOW we ourselves sin in THAT very manner… or used to sin that way. Speak in humility. Speak with grace. GUARDING OURSELVES. (Read Galatians 6:1-5)

Do I ever-increase my own meekness? Do I even KNOW what meekness is? Meekness is not weak… on the contrary it is actually STRONG, self-control when dealing with stubborn, sinful or immature people. It is similar to humility.

Do I ever-increase my own amount of patience with/towards others? Do I expect MORE of those whom I help guide, than I myself displayed earlier on in my walk with Yahweh?

1 Thessalonians 5:14)
- Yes, I often do expect more. However, now that I see this and admit it, I catch myself quicker, and give GRACE sooner than before.
- ALSO, am I patient with myself? For there will ALWAYS be areas of life and character to grow in… but do I also learn to know myself and be patient with myself when learning and growing? (NOT lazy. No. Patient. Amen.)

Do I deal graciously with others… as Yahweh deals graciously with me?
(Ephesians 4:32,
Colossians 2:12-15 and
1 Corinthians 2:12-13)
- OH MY does Yahweh deal GRACIOUSLY with me… REPEATEDLY! Now, I must state here, this does not mean be a rug toward others, not to forget the scriptures on guarding ourselves and shunning others. No. I pray for a spirit of discernment DAILY from Yahweh, to guide me in EVERY SITUATION in life, to do HIS will! Amen.

1 Timothy 6:20-21,
2 Timothy 1:14, 1 John 5:21 and 4:1 and Philippians 1:9-11 )

Does the “tie of maturity” show VIVIDLY in my life… love? Do I LOVE Yahweh? Truly? Do I trust Him and NOT question Him? DO I LOVE those whom Yahweh places in my path? Truly love them? Do I SHOW this love? (Or do I feel or show frustration, impatience, or even anger and hatred toward them?)
(Mark 12:28-31) -
Am I mature? TRULY? Does Yahweh (or CAN Yahweh) teach me His secrets in my life? Does Yahweh (or CAN Yahweh) feed me solid food, or only baby food?

1 Corinthians 14:20 and 3:1-3, Ephesians 4:11-14 and
1 Thessalonians 4:11)
- HOW do I react to anything and everything in life? Do I TRUST YAHWEH? This means that I NEVER worry. NEVER. (Do I worry, ever?) Am I TRULY GRATEFUL for ALL events in my life? Every single one? Not just from years ago… but CONTINUALLY, including today?

- Does Yeshua’s (and thus Yahweh’s) PEACE SURROUND ME? Every moment? Is my mind RELAXED and REJOICING ALWAYS… trusting in Yahweh COMPLETELY? ((John 14:27, Psalm 46:10 and Proverbs 3:5-8)

Remembering that I was not BORN thankful… HAVE I BECOME TRULY THANKFUL for ALL in my past… AND for ALL in my present? Am I CONTINUOUSLY REMAINING (or becoming) THANKFUL? Do I thank Yahweh for ALL people, both obedient and disobedient people? My late mentor would pray… daily: “Thank You Father for ALL that I am learning, even if I do not know what that is right now.
