Well done!

Years ago… I was here too. But, with effort and determination, I have created new habits, and now mostly live in peace! HIS TRUE PEACE! Amen!

A few humble learnings from my own walk... fears and failures as well as secret keys for the strategy for the victory in every area of life:

Years ago… sadly, I refused to believe that I could experience peace, true peace, while in the midst of going through a horrific divorce, unimaginable court proceedings, family turned against me, my daughter being stolen from me by blood relatives, and more… My mind would not even accept the POSSIBILITY that I could experience peace, in the midst of trauma, trial and hardships. Unfortunately, I thus cursed myself… since I believed that I could NOT feel peace during this, thus there was no way I could have felt peace… It was the living out of the saying, “If you believe you can. YOU ARE RIGHT! If you believe you cannot, YOU ARE RIGHT.” (Henry Ford)
Every muscle in my body was tense, literally all of the time. My mind chatter was so negative… though I trained my outsides to LOOK like I was “calm and in peace,” my emotions were a fearful wreck!
Not until 7 YEARS later did I change my belief… and CHOOSE to decide that even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, that YES, I CAN LIVE IN PEACE! Again, “If you believe you can, YOU ARE RIGHT! If you believe you cannot, YOU ARE ALSO RIGHT!”
NOW… I will only tell the truth, it took time and effort to cultivate YESHUA’S {Jesus’} PEACE inside of me (not just pretending on the outside). I am SO VERY GLAD that I did… WHAT A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE! "Peace I am leaving with you. My peace I am giving to you. Not according as the world is giving to you, am I giving to you. Let not your heart be disturbed, neither let it be timid.” (John 14:27)
Imagine… one day you will be truly in peace and be able to simply watch your emotions… almost to “rise above them” in your mind, and simply notice when you begin to lose peace, and watch the wave in the ocean pass… and then it all returns to peace. (Not reacting to anything while feeling or seeing these emotions inside of you… you simply watch. Observe. Let them calm again, and THEN you are clear headed to make a wise decision, if one is needed, for what just happened. Or, you simply keep calm, keep quiet, and walk on!) What a blessing!
Imagine… one day you will feel SO LOVELY to finally have boundaries, knowing that what others do and say and chose is NOTHING that you are to concern yourself over or worry about. (That would be sin anyways… to worry.)
Imagine this, for example… after the UN-thinkable horrendous outcome of the trial, and the judge granted full custody of my daughter to the biological dad… I would see my little girl once a week, for an hour or two. Soon, she began to blame me, she became resentful of the little time she was with me. She would say, “This is all your fault.” Well, while my heart was pierced… I also knew who she was now living with, literally 24/7. God alone knows the lies she had been told, so I did not let her words hurt me. I knew they were not HER words, but those of the dad. She was 6-years-young! She was only repeating what she herself heard! The whole situation only flustered me for a little bit. Then, I remembered all of the facts, and surrendered it to Yahweh {God}! Soon… this can be your experience too in ANY and EVERY situation!
Imagine… being SO RELAXED and completely TRUSTING IN GOD {Yahweh}! To KNOW that HE KNOWS all that you need and desire, even BEFORE you ask Him… (Personally, I have actually stopped praying for things, KNOWING that HE KNOWS BEST, and HE KNOWS before I even know… anything and everything! Praise His Holy Name!)
I encourage you, fellow peace-seeker, to KEEP GOING, to take the time and the effort to cultivate PEACE into your life… it WILL be worth it, I promise you! I PROMISE YOU! You CAN do this, some days will be easier than others… however, know that IT DOES GET EASIER! And, life only gets better! YOU can make it better. CHANGE YOUR INSIDES, change your attitude! GROW PEACE inside of you, and it will not matter where you are or what is happening around you… YOU CAN STILL BE IN PEACE… if and when YOU choose! His peace. True peace. (John 14:27)
Remember Ezekiel… and what Yahweh {God} does with dry bones? HE brings them TO LIFE! (Read Ezekiel 37:1-14) This same Yahweh {God} LIVES IN US! What does HE desire to be brought to life? LOOK for miracles! Expect miracles! They happen every day… are we seeing them? Where is our focus… on earthly “problems” or in heavenly things to come?

Finding true peace is the key in life… and living in PEACE CONTINUOUSLY is what I personally aim for!

Prophesy! Prophesy! Prophesy!

Yahweh {God} SPOKE and the world was CREATED.

Speak what you desire… NOT what you have or are currently seeing or experiencing.

Yahweh {God} did not speak what He saw (darkness and chaos), He spoke into existence what He desired to create.

DO NOT complain… PROPHESY!

It takes WORK on your part, dealing with mind chatter and embedded fear…

BUT you CAN do it! Praise Yahweh {God}!

A life-changing tip (a "secret sentence starter") learned from Dr. Tom Taylor, author, teacher:


If your conscious mind does not believe an affirmation, simply add the words, "What if..." in front of the affirmation, opening your mind to receive the affirmation instead of blocking it.

No Condemnation!

I had memorized this Scripture as a child… however I had not SEEN examples of it lived out in my life. Certainly not that I remember… not toward me anyway.

The “old program” of knowing the words but not living the feeling of freedom still ran rampant throughout my body. So… I sat down at my computer, and studied the entire chapter of Romans 8.

I looked up EVERY SINGLE word in the first verse alone and wrote about them. I wanted to immerse myself in this, in “no condemnation.” I wanted to FEEL IT in every cell of my body. I wrote down all that I found for EVERY WORD of this first verse. (Then, I proceeded to do almost the same for the entire chapter.)

It was WELL WORTH IT. I finally got it! Yahweh {God} cleansed my cells of fear, doubt and guilt with a bristle brush… and I FELT PEACE flowing through every cell of my being! Yahweh {God} opened my eyes! He did “surgery” on me, and removed the religious teaching from the past. Bless Him! NO CONDEMNATION! So lovely, beyond words!

Tapping into the Subconscious!

After reading The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton Ph.D., knowing a little about NLP and the subconscious… a thought came to me, (Praise Yahweh {God}!), how great it would be to create a video with Scriptures, in between which inserting subliminal embedded messages that flash so quickly that only the subconscious has time to read them, each containing positive and Scriptural beliefs that I want to EMBED IN MY SUBCONSCIOUS that I may not totally believe in my conscious at the time.

For me, for example:

  • “Yahweh {God} loves you right now. Today.
    Where you are and who you are.”
  • “Yahweh {God} delights in you!”

While writing the book, sharing my journey, I realized that the “Be quiet Tamra” embedded belief from a young age was still programmed into me. SO… I created a video to help DELETE this negative, harmful program. Praise Yah {God} it helped!

I wrote MUCH of my book in joy, health and peace, despite most of the memories that I had to temporarily revisit… grateful to be fulfilling my calling and deep desire to help others… just as Yahweh {God} sent others to help me!

Don’t get weirded out about this! (My mind was a little cautious when this idea first came to me…)

As I share in chapter 15 of the book, KEEPING THE FAITH through the UN-thinkable…, in the 12 Tips and Tools section:

IF you have a hard time believing some things, like “Yahweh {God} loves me” and “Yahweh {God} sings over me,” from low self-esteem, or from lies being taught you about God, etc… THIS will help your subconscious receive the truth that YAHWEH {GOD} DOES LOVE YOU and that YAHWEH {GOD} DOES SING OVER YOU! (Read Isaiah 43:4 and Zephaniah 3:17 and other Scriptures.)

Dr. Bruce Lipton reveals that the conscious and the subconscious learn in DIFFERENT ways (as I quote in my book). Thus, I created this video… It worked for me, as I shared above! This is the ONLY reason I am sharing it with you, my fellow faith-keeper!
