Congratulations...
you took the first step!

(Many do not even take the time to change… to DO DIFFERENTLY to obtain a better life that they desire.)

Well done!

Years ago… I was here too. But, with effort and determination, I have created new habits, and now mostly live in peace! HIS TRUE PEACE! Amen!

A few humble learnings from my own walk... fears and failures as well as secret keys for the strategy for the victory in every area of life:

Looking back, to gauge how far I have come myself… I am SO GRATEFUL to be learning to return to peace more and more quickly. I have continued to create new habits, new thought patterns, and notice almost instantly when I slip back into "old habits." I still catch myself feeling down at the number of times I do not even notice negative mind chatter beginning... BUT I keep going! Determined to succeed in this! Yes and amen!
NOW… I do often live in peace! Miraculous! Some hours of the day I live "in the heavens" with Yeshua {Jesus} Himself, convinced that ALL in life is possible and even simple! Ohhh... to keep THIS FEELING all day every day! THIS is my dream! Though, I admit when I fall out of the clouds, and worry or wonder again, I can feel a bit down for not remaining in peace and trust. I am a work in progress for sure! I even catch negative mind chatter whispering lies that this goal, this peace of Yahweh {God} is impossible. As quick as I can, I quote Matthew 19:26, it is written, "With men this is impossible, yet with God all is possible."
It is SO WONDERFUL to finally have some boundaries, knowing that what others do and say and chose is NOTHING that I am to worry about. (That would be sin anyways… to worry.)
It comes to mind when my mentor, truly a gift from Yahweh {God}, taught me to simply watch my emotions (almost “from afar”), if/when something happens, and I feel myself getting annoyed or flustered, I must simply keep my mouth closed… and wait. I am to “step back” in my mind and watch my emotions rise and fall as if waves in the ocean. I do nothing. I say nothing. I simply watch. Then, WHEN I am able to do this... everything will return to peace! (My mentor also pointed out to STOP saying "easier said than done" as that is a hidden complaint. Speak POSITIVE! ALL POSITIVE! Amen.)
I am FINALLY winning (MORE than losing) the struggle of flesh and spirit! Praise Yahweh {God} in heaven! While I know I deeply desire only spirit living in me... I am encouraged and relieved that I am THIS far!
Let us rejoice together, my fellow peace-seeker, as we walk along the narrow way, step by step, learning more and more to RELAX and more consistently TRUST IN GOD {Yahweh}! To KNOW that HE KNOWS all that we need and desire (even BEFORE we ask Him)!
After finding TRUE PEACE in Yahweh {God}, I sometimes do let my positive habits slip… I find that I quit watching “The Practice of Peace” video daily, for example. And, I would then find myself in stress, worry, and sin. So… I simply pick up my positive habits again… watching the video daily, keeping my mind on only positive and meditating on all of His marvelous works! (Read 1 Chronicles 16:9)
A close friend of mine and I LOVE to discuss our lists of miracles in our every-day life! We mediate, speak, and rejoice in both the big and little things our Heavenly Father does for us! Bless Him! One of my favorite blessings and learnings of Yahweh {God} is when I was writing the book, KEEPING THE FAITH through the UN-thinkable..., and in the beginning I would worry about how I would write about different hardships in life, (truly UN-thinkable), yet I learned through the writing of the book that WHEN I got to the writing of that actual chapter, my Father in Heaven would FLOW through me what to say and how to say it! Simple. Done. At peace again. (This was my "school or class" on TRUSTING the Father. KNOW He WILL take care of it, when it is time. Not early. Not late.) Praise Him for HIS WAYS! So, now when I feel nervous or worry, I remember how HE led and guided me in "that"... and am learning to KNOW that He will also lead and guide me in "this"! Praise His Holy Name!

Now… KEEP UP the PEACE as well as deepen it even further!

Continue to cultivate it into every cell of your being…

BASK IN YAHWEH’S {GOD’S} PEACE every day of your life!

Prophesy! Prophesy! Prophesy!

Yahweh {God} SPOKE and the world was CREATED.

Speak what you desire… NOT what you have or are currently seeing or experiencing.

Yahweh {God} did not speak what He saw (darkness and chaos), He spoke into existence what He desired to create.

DO NOT complain… PROPHESY!

It takes WORK on your part, dealing with mind chatter and embedded fear…

BUT you CAN do it! Praise Yahweh {God}!

A life-changing tip (a "secret sentence starter") learned from Dr. Tom Taylor, author, teacher:


If your conscious mind does not believe an affirmation, simply add the words, "What if..." in front of the affirmation, opening your mind to receive the affirmation instead of blocking it.

No Condemnation!

I had memorized this Scripture as a child… however I had not SEEN examples of it lived out in my life. Certainly not that I remember… not toward me anyway.

The “old program” of knowing the words but not living the feeling of freedom still ran rampant throughout my body. So… I sat down at my computer, and studied the entire chapter of Romans 8.

I looked up EVERY SINGLE word in the first verse alone and wrote about them. I wanted to immerse myself in this, in “no condemnation.” I wanted to FEEL IT in every cell of my body. I wrote down all that I found for EVERY WORD of this first verse. (Then, I proceeded to do almost the same for the entire chapter.)

It was WELL WORTH IT. I finally got it! Yahweh {God} cleansed my cells of fear, doubt and guilt with a bristle brush… and I FELT PEACE flowing through every cell of my being! Yahweh {God} opened my eyes! He did “surgery” on me, and removed the religious teaching from the past. Bless Him! NO CONDEMNATION! So lovely, beyond words!

Tapping into the Subconscious!

After reading The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton Ph.D., knowing a little about NLP and the subconscious… a thought came to me, (Praise Yahweh {God}!), how great it would be to create a video with Scriptures, in between which inserting subliminal embedded messages that flash so quickly that only the subconscious has time to read them, each containing positive and Scriptural beliefs that I want to EMBED IN MY SUBCONSCIOUS that I may not totally believe in my conscious at the time.

For me, for example:

  • “Yahweh {God} loves you right now. Today.
    Where you are and who you are.”
  • “Yahweh {God} delights in you!”

While writing the book, sharing my journey, I realized that the “Be quiet Tamra” embedded belief from a young age was still programmed into me. SO… I created a video to help DELETE this negative, harmful program. Praise Yah {God} it helped!

I wrote MUCH of my book in joy, health and peace, despite most of the memories that I had to temporarily revisit… grateful to be fulfilling my calling and deep desire to help others… just as Yahweh {God} sent others to help me!

Don’t get weirded out about this! (My mind was a little cautious when this idea first came to me…)

As I share in chapter 15 of the book, KEEPING THE FAITH through the UN-thinkable…, in the 12 Tips and Tools section:

IF you have a hard time believing some things, like “Yahweh {God} loves me” and “Yahweh {God} sings over me,” from low self-esteem, or from lies being taught you about God, etc… THIS will help your subconscious receive the truth that YAHWEH {GOD} DOES LOVE YOU and that YAHWEH {GOD} DOES SING OVER YOU! (Read Isaiah 43:4 and Zephaniah 3:17 and other Scriptures.)

Dr. Bruce Lipton reveals that the conscious and the subconscious learn in DIFFERENT ways (as I quote in my book). Thus, I created this video… It worked for me, as I shared above! This is the ONLY reason I am sharing it with you, my fellow faith-keeper!
