A few humble learnings from my own walk... fears and failures as well as secret keys for the strategy for the victory in every area of life:

Personally, I have lived in the "Perfect Peace of Yahweh {God}" for maybe a few entire weeks at a time... then old habits of worry, fear, or reasonings come back into my mind, (and it sometimes takes me a few hours to even NOTICE it). But, Praise Yahweh {God}, He has taught me how to simply "flip a switch," coming back into His Peace and His Presence!
I know of two people who LIVE here, in Yahweh's {God's} Perfect Peace, Perfect Trust, Completely Relaxed... continually! I had the honor of living with them for years... witnessing literally everything they did, almost every breath they breathed. I learned so very much from seeing "behind the scenes" of their every-day lives, their walks of utmost trust, their radical lives of faith, their sold-out hearts and souls for Our Father in Heaven! What a blessing! Thank You Father!
A close friend of mine and I have agreed to “speak the truth in love” to each other, not people-pleasing, nor flattering… to help each other stay faithful until our last breath! When they see me doing something “questionable” or when they get a “check in their spirit” they tell me, they point it out, and I do the same for them. It helps us both to stay pure, stay faithful, to live above reproach before Yahweh {God} and man… Amen! Thank You Father for other true, faithful followers!
I have heard a few people say... that “all things are neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad’ they simply just ‘are’.” Now, only recently did I begin to agree with this statement! I agree with it in view of the Scriptures: “Rejoice in ALL things” and “He works ALL THINGS for our good…” So, ALL things that occur in life we are to rejoice over AND God WILL work them all out for our good. THUS… in the end, all things ARE GOOD (or will be eventually)! To me, more accurate descriptions of “good” and “bad” would possibly be: “easy” and “difficult.” Because SINCE all works out for our good… then some things are EASY to work out for good… and some things take a bit more time, more work… or are a bit more difficult (compared to easy) to work out for good. As Barbara Browns says, "He never said it would be easy, He said He would be with us."
Yahweh {God} has called me to now share THIS peace, His peace, and the road to it with others. Just as others throughout my life have helped me, guided me, given their time to teach me... so I now give my life to help others. Praise Yah {God} for purpose! (May I humbly submit for your prayerful consideration for you, fellow faith keeper, to join me in helping others... in giving to others, in sharing with others this peaceful and glorious gift we have been given: Yahweh's Peace! Amen.)
After finding TRUE PEACE in Yahweh {God}, I sometimes would let my positive habits slip… I would quit watching “The Practice of Peace” video daily, for example. And, I would then find myself in less than perfect peace. So… I simply began my habits again… watching the video daily, keeping my mind on only positive and meditating on all of His marvelous works! (Read 1 Chronicles 16:9)
A dear, close friend of mine told me, a few years ago now, that authors would do WELL to re-read their own writings! I took this advice to heart, and I personally read KEEPING THE FAITH through the UN-thinkable... a few times per year! This may sound strange, but it HELPS ME spiritually to "stay on track." (Yes, this book is of my own life.) It helps me to remember to BECOME GRATEFUL in all things... to forgive ALL others, even the "un-forgivable"... to live in TRUE PEACE no matter what is occurring in the world, across the globe or down the street from me. As my late mentor always said, "There is no cruise-control on this walk. It is an every day focus, an every moment commitment." Praise Yahweh {God} for His help and patience!

Now… KEEP UP the PEACE as well as deepen it even further!

Continue to cultivate it into every cell of your being…

Prophesy! Prophesy! Prophesy!

Yahweh {God} SPOKE and the world was CREATED.

Speak what you desire… NOT what you have or are currently seeing or experiencing.

Yahweh {God} did not speak what He saw (darkness and chaos), He spoke into existence what He desired to create.

DO NOT complain… PROPHESY!

It takes WORK on your part, dealing with mind chatter and embedded fear…

BUT you CAN do it! Praise Yahweh {God}!

A life-changing tip (a "secret sentence starter") learned from Dr. Tom Taylor, author, teacher:


If your conscious mind does not believe an affirmation, simply add the words, "What if..." in front of the affirmation, opening your mind to receive the affirmation instead of blocking it.

No Condemnation!

I had memorized this Scripture as a child… however I had not SEEN examples of it lived out in my life. Certainly not that I remember… not toward me anyway.

The “old program” of knowing the words but not living the feeling of freedom still ran rampant throughout my body. So… I sat down at my computer, and studied the entire chapter of Romans 8.

I looked up EVERY SINGLE word in the first verse alone and wrote about them. I wanted to immerse myself in this, in “no condemnation.” I wanted to FEEL IT in every cell of my body. I wrote down all that I found for EVERY WORD of this first verse. (Then, I proceeded to do almost the same for the entire chapter.)

It was WELL WORTH IT. I finally got it! Yahweh {God} cleansed my cells of fear, doubt and guilt with a bristle brush… and I FELT PEACE flowing through every cell of my being! Yahweh {God} opened my eyes! He did “surgery” on me, and removed the religious teaching from the past. Bless Him! NO CONDEMNATION! So lovely, beyond words!

Tapping into the Subconscious!

After reading The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton Ph.D., knowing a little about NLP and the subconscious… a thought came to me, (Praise Yahweh {God}!), how great it would be to create a video with Scriptures, in between which inserting subliminal embedded messages that flash so quickly that only the subconscious has time to read them, each containing positive and Scriptural beliefs that I want to EMBED IN MY SUBCONSCIOUS that I may not totally believe in my conscious at the time.

For me, for example:

  • “Yahweh {God} loves you right now. Today.
    Where you are and who you are.”
  • “Yahweh {God} delights in you!”

While writing the book, sharing my journey, I realized that the “Be quiet Tamra” embedded belief from a young age was still programmed into me. SO… I created a video to help DELETE this negative, harmful program. Praise Yah {God} it helped!

I wrote MUCH of my book in joy, health and peace, despite most of the memories that I had to temporarily revisit… grateful to be fulfilling my calling and deep desire to help others… just as Yahweh {God} sent others to help me!

Don’t get weirded out about this! (My mind was a little cautious when this idea first came to me…)

As I share in chapter 15 of the book, KEEPING THE FAITH through the UN-thinkable…, in the 12 Tips and Tools section:

IF you have a hard time believing some things, like “Yahweh {God} loves me” and “Yahweh {God} sings over me,” from low self-esteem, or from lies being taught you about God, etc… THIS will help your subconscious receive the truth that YAHWEH {GOD} DOES LOVE YOU and that YAHWEH {GOD} DOES SING OVER YOU! (Read Isaiah 43:4 and Zephaniah 3:17 and other Scriptures.)

Dr. Bruce Lipton reveals that the conscious and the subconscious learn in DIFFERENT ways (as I quote in my book). Thus, I created this video… It worked for me, as I shared above! This is the ONLY reason I am sharing it with you, my fellow faith-keeper!
